After the Forest by Kell Woods

5 out of 5 stars  Thank you to Macmillan Audio and Netgalley for allowing me to read this in exchange for an honest review. I have been a fan of fairytale retellings ever since I picked Beauty by Robin McKinley and fell in love. When I saw "After the Forest" on netgalley I knew that I had to read it! I am so glad that I was able to. This is a beautiful retelling of Hansel and Gretel with a blend of Snow White and Rose Red thrown in as well.. What happened after they escaped the nightmare of the terrible witch and gingerbread cottage? Let's just say that things were not smooth sailing. A blend of a beautiful romance, a great villain and some adventure thrown in, this was everything I was hoping for!

The Deadlands: Trapped by Skye Melki-Wegner

5 out of 5 stars Thank you to Netgalley and Macmillan Audio for allowing me to listen to this in exchange for an honest review. Why are more people not talking about this amazing series? I have been obsessed with dinosaurs since I was a kid so when the first book in this series was available to read on Netgalley I jumped at the chance! Imagine how happy I was when I got to the end of the book and read that there is another book coming out in the fourth quarter!  I am loving this series so much. I adore Ellery and the gang, they are so brave and the friendships between them are amazing. What I love about this is that there are amazing relationships, exciting action and political intrigue. This and the first in the series will be in my top 10 books of this year! If any of the things I mentioned in this review interests you please pick this up. I truly believe that you will love this.

The Good SIster by Sally Hepworth

4 out of 5 stars I would say that this is definitely  more of a family drama with a thriller aspect but it really kept my interest.  What I always enjoy about a Hepworth novel is that her characters are always so relatable. I find that even if the characters have made bad choices you still tend to root for them. I loved the sisterly relationship.
